In 2000, John established an exclusive relationship with Hearthstone Homes, LLC. developer Gerry Vitti, and was responsible for all aspects of home building and renovations of every contracted project in some of the area’s most prestigious neighborhoods. As the New England real estate market began to change Vitti encouraged John to go out on his own. John took charge of the opportunity and in 2012 started his own business BRETONRIDGE BUILDERS, LLC.
